Marcely’s Bedwars is one of the largest and one of the most maintained Bedwars plugin out there. Since its release in October 2015 the plugin has evolved from a fun project whose owner created it for his own server into a large project that’s being used and adopted by many server owners. Reasons for the plugin to stand up from others are its community and their readiness in helping newbies, its optimized and regularly written code, and its extensiveness. Not only is the plugin very configurable it also has a large API that’s being used by developers to extend the already major core to their needs.
Bedwars nowadays is a classical Minigame and a standard on lots of servers.
In there, your goal is to strategically compete in a team against your enemies, however, to also protect your own bed.Your bed is your life source in this game, so if it’s gone and you die you’ll be eliminated.
The maps are similar to those from SkyWars, so the map usually consists of flying islands. But instead of chests, there are spawners on the island which spawn resources, with which you can buy yourself blocks to actually build yourself forward or weapons to defeat yourself. We take user-friendliness and QoL features extremely important. Thus, you will find a bunch of miscellaneous features that make us stand out from the alternatives. Honestly I am impressed with the support and how well they listen to their users. All my suggestions have been added to the new update and can always rely on their support, no matter how stupid my issue may be. The set up is easy to understand and the gameplay is smooth with no issues. Completely blows plugins like Bedwars 1058 out of the water. If I cannot speak for the plugin, let the plugin speak for itself as it undoubtedly delivers a masterpiece of functionality and player experience.

This plugin is one of the most best plugins for minigames, you can do many things with this plugin. You can change the bed to anything you want you can make custom things and everything is editable. You can also create addons or download some created addons to make better experiences for your players. You change what ever you want you can download a premade Hypixel template with many futures. The support is very helpfully you can ask what every you want about the plugin and they can answer you fast. I recommend everyone to purchase this plugin and give it a try. Maybe if you are tired of the old bedwars games you can make your own bedwars with your own style you can make it with out shopkeepers or with out generators you can customize everything there is many placeholders, you can also manage many things in the same time. You can make many arenas in the same world, there is a region particle and many many futures. Thanks Marcely for this amazing plugin.
This is a very good plugin, I recommend it 100%, I have not found bugs, it has characteristics, particles and the way to configure arena is very practical. My only suggestion would be to be able to change the bronze for iron as in the classic bedwars.
Good morning, classical Bedwars contains bronze in my oppinion since that’s the way we (or at least I) used to play it back then :p. If you want to change it yourself there’s a HyPixel template in our Discord which you can use. Simply only copying over the “shop.cm2” and “itemspawners.cm2” files should have the same effect
I was reluctant to buy this plugin at first, as I saw it was a few months since the last update, and 1.17 had just been released. There was also a few months since the last reply to the discussion thread, so I was worried the plugin was dying.
After doing a bit of research, I can assure you that is not the case. The plugin has been actively developed for a while and still is! The main reason for there not being a main update for a little while is simply: no updates were needed. The dev is very active on their discord, and have beta releases available for verified buyers of the plugin. There seems to be a rather big update in the works, and when needed, support is quickly available.
Out of the box setup is super simple, and for those that want to tweak it to be different, there are almost no limitations to what’s possible.

Very smooth and good working plugin. The discord’s support is one of the best among the whole spigot community! I just hope that the suggestions are to be implemented quickly. Everything else is super cool!
Bed Wars (MBedwars plugin) was the first mini game server I added to my Network after my Survival. I added tons of others after, BUT I had to go through so many optimizations to make those servers stable. MBedwars on the other hand, was so smooth and well coded. It would even let me know the smallest things to change on my server configs straight from the console. Very well coded, runs on 1.16.5 and feels like is not even there, no lag at all from it! So flexible and can customize the whole thing, ex. To have the modern generators such as Iron, Gold, Diamond and Emeralds! Support was the best and straight from Marcel, very friendly and no God complex like many other developers out there.
For anyone who thinks of making a bedwars server, I am 100% sure that this plugin make your life easier. The support team is active and helpful

The plugin itself as a bedwars plugin is too good if you are looking to be original and in my opinion it is one not to say the best bedwars plugin you can find, it has “rare” options but you are something original and do not settle with the usual bedwars and you want to be original is the best, the best bedwars plugin

From the start I thought that I would be hard to setup. It wasn’t easy but it wasn’t hard aswell. I could ask for help and I got a kind answer (unlike from Bedwars1058 supporters).
You can make these bedwars the way you want! The only limit is your imagination.
The plugin is worth the 20 euros, if you don’t have paypal you can contact the owner and ask for a different payment method!
They actually don’t lie in their description. It’s actually fast and doesn’t take much RAM!

i’ve been running a multigames minecraft server with Marcelys bedwars and not only is the plugin full of possibilities and configuration but the devs work really hard and bring good update often!
Also if you think you would need help and support for question and settings stuff up the devs and support on the discord IS INSANE! Quick response and they know their product, when I have a question they reply fast and with the right answer!

A fairly high-quality and simple plugin for the mini-game, there are many settings, as well as responsive support, I advise you! at the moment, this plugin is definitely better than the free alternatives!
Small big with this release, but the friendly owner sent me a fix that will be implemented in 4.0.18.6. Best bedwars plugin out there.
Let me start off by saying this is hands down the best plugin i own premium or free. There is so much it does by default and the set item makes it so easy to build and edit arenas. literally… i had one map up when i was building this from the beginning and needed to change team size so we could have more people join suddenly. boom…. done and ready to play.
Most config files i have provide a decent level of control over the options, but again, i read though just the main config with somewhere close to 1000 lines of text and every time i find more of the answers to my questions. For example, hey can i make starting items? yes. Can i add items or weapons with enchantments? yes. Can i add new types of spawners besides the default? yes. The list goes on.
There is new content added and fixed faster than i can keep up with like the new shop layouts. Which is AWESOME!!!!!! Don’t even need to design an amazing looking shop GUI with glass and all because Marcelys has u covered. Ya 7 different layouts to try and one of them was just added recently. I just switched over tot he new one in a matter of seconds because of how easy the config is set up and it looks exactly how i wanted
I can safely say that this plugin gives me the options to do whatever i wanted with bedwars, i feel little to no limitations which is insane when you aren’t working with a private custom developer. The only things that i currently want that are not available are in the road map and nothing that is even a big deal. Simply a few cosmetic things i personally want to add. Make sure you read the wiki and configs if you think what you are looking for isn’t possible. I promise you there is something somewhere you are missing…
And lastly, the support on this project is great. I have not had a single issue that has not been resolved and addressed. Do yourself a favor, don’t think, just buy this plugin lol. ez
Keep in mind this also gives you 5 different performance options you can run at for speed or visuals, you can see visual barriers to the arena if you want.. I have to stop before my keyboard breaks. There is literally too much to mention. All configs are provided so take a look on the spigot page. i would give this dev more stars if i could., Replaced my previous bedwars and never looked back.
